Course overview
Reiki II is a one-day class. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Students receive a Reiki II attunement and participate in meditations using Reiki. Practice time includes learning and using the Reiki II symbols, giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions and symbols, a self -treatment and practice using various Japanese Reiki Techniques for giving Reiki. Students also practice distance healing using Reiki II.
