Sexual Orientation-Related Disparities in High-Intensity Binge Drinking-Findings from a Nationally Representative Sample

Course overview

This course examines disparities in high-intensity binge drinking among lesbian, gay and bisexual populations, to determine if sexual minority plays a role in alcohol use. The study also measured dimension of sexual minority and factored for race/ethnicity, marital status, employment status, annual income, and education. The data were from the National Epidemiologic Survey on Alcohol and Related Conditions III.
