The Chinese Medical Treatment of Pre-eclampsia

Course overview

In this 3-hour presentation, Sharon will first discuss the pathophysiology of pre-eclampsia with an emphasis on Chinese medicine. Once we understand the nature of this imbalance, we can then understand the early warning signs for this disease. Chinese medicine can be extremely helpful for women who are at risk for this illness or who have been diagnosed with it. We will learn some key treatment methods in terms of herbs and diet.
