This workshop is experiential and will introduce participants to constructs of Shock, Polyvagal Theory, and Neurogenic Trauma Release Theory. These constructs support the implementation of mindfulness/mind, body, spirit practices for survivors of traumatic experiences and the importance of these practices for trauma responder
