Disaster mental health (DMH) interventions in the United States have become recognized as a crucial aspect of disaster response. This basic-level course provides social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, and psychologists - who are at the forefront of providing assistance to survivors and the communities in which they live - with information about challenges in DMH and tools needed to respond.
