This workshop will provide a primer description of Trauma-Informed Care with school-aged children with a specific focus on classroom interventions and practices that are helpful to all students, but particularly to those affected by trauma and chronic stress. 1.The participants will be able to identify 3 maladaptive patterns of school functioning that are associated with traumatic stress 2. Participants will identify 3 characteristics of an emotionally safe classroom 3. Participants will able to describe the empathy step by Ross Greene
