Course overview

Have you ever been challenged with too many things to do and not enough time? This presentation will describe and demonstrate ways to improve project management with providing some templates and real time demonstrations. Our facility has successfully completed over 80 projects in the last two years and would love to show you how you too can be more successful. During the presentation, we will walk through the information gathering stage and determine the homework needed to proceed. Partners will be identified as they are very important to be successful in many clinical and human resource related areas. Next steps will be identified so attendees will be able to take real examples and apply to the lab world immediately.
