Course overview
The program will focus on innovative strategies to drive employee retention utilizing employee engagement programs. The presenters have in depth experience leading employee engagement at a variety of skill and level. The presenters will share best recruitment and hiring tactics; hiring the right candidate from the beginning. The conversation will be focused on giving employees as sense of home, community feel that will drive engagement and loyalty. Time will be spent reviewing strategies to stay competitive with flexibility scheduling in competitive hiring markets.
