Myofascial Techniques for Elbow & Shoulder

Course overview

A highly interactive class introducing the foundations of Myofascial Techniques for the Shoulder and Elbow. In this class we will review the bony structures and landmarks of the Shoulder and Elbow, and how they relate to the ribcage and neck, using myofascial techniques. We will also review the 4 steps of body reading to create an analysis and bodywork plan unique to the needs of the client. This class includes focus on safe and effective body mechanics and plenty of hands-on practical trades.
