It is Monday morning and you have three new Total Joint Arthroplasty patients-BUT look closely-even if they are all hip replacements, the surgical procedures may all be completely different! The surgical approaches and rehabilitation guidelines for TJA are always changing! Join us as Chris Cox, PhD, MPT, CSCS walks the clinician through the indications, component design, contraindications, surgical approach and subsequent rehabilitation of the hip, knee and ankle joint. This course was designed with the intention that understanding the different surgical approaches would result in a better and more effective rehabilitation outcome.
