THE CHOROIDAL FOLD IS A CLINICAL FEATURE WHEREIN SUBRETINAL FOLDS ARE SEEN USUALLY OVER THE POSTERIOR POLE OR PERIPHERAL RETINA OF THE EYE. THE CHOROIDAL FOLD IS A MANIFESTATION OF A RELATIVELY LIMITED NUMBER OF CONDITIONS, HENCE RECOGNIZING IT WILL HELP IN SEARCHING THE UNDERLYING CONDITIONS. THIS ACTIVITY REVIEWS THE EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CHOROIDAL FOLDS AND EXPLAINS THE ROLE OF THE INTERPROFESSIONAL TEAM IN IMPROVING CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH THIS MANIFESTATION.
