THIS ACTIVITY ILLUSTRATES THE EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CARDIAC CIRRHOSIS AND REVIEWS THE ROLE OF THE INTERPROFESSIONAL TEAM IN IMPROVING CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH THIS CONDITION.
