THIS ACTIVITY ILLUSTRATES THE EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ALPORT SYNDROME AND REVIEWS THE ROLE OF THE INTERPROFESSIONAL TEAM IN IMPROVING CARE FOR PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM THIS CONDITION.
