Course overview

The popularity of mindfulness has grown exponentially largely due to their research and experience backed benefits, particularly on mental health and psychological wellbeing. As such, mindfulness programs should be a welcomed addition for pandemic related mental health challenges. This session discusses the adaptation of mindfulness to the virtual space, the results of a mindfulness research project at Nova Southeastern University, as well as the positives and negatives and lessons learned by an experienced mindfulness teacher.
