Provide an overview of the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) program activities in Broward County, Florida to increase awareness of the opioid epidemic and strategies used to combat its effects. OD2A is a four-year cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and it focuses on enhancing overdose surveillance capacity and utilizing the surveillance data to develop targeted prevention efforts. Presenter will share information related to best practices, prevention activities, and data monitoring.
