Distinguish the difference between an acute and a chronic electrolyte abnormality 3. Differentiate the differences in treatment plans for acute/chronic electrolyte replacement NOTE: An annual subscription for Purdue's nutrition support pharmacy re-certification program provides access to both the continuing education component of the program and the "Professional Resources" for practitioners. Subscriptions to the continuing educational offerings, which have been accredited through ACPE and BPS, can be purchased for an annual fee of $195 for pharmacists.
