This presentation will explain how trigger points form and how they create pain. You will be introduced to the concept of referred pain and learn how to find where the pain originates from. Gain an understanding of treatment techniques and the need to help clients correct perpetuating factors such as ergonomics, nutrition, sleep problems, and posture issues.
