Students will identify and discuss cultural diversity issues in the context of Ethics and Boundaries, Professionalism, and customer service. There will be education regarding Trauma-Informed Care as well as elements of role-play, diversity education, and techniques designed to teach empathetic responses to others as well as an element of diffusion in crisis and other escalated situation.
