Course overview

Debriefing the Simulation Experience is an interactive two-day workshop starting with theory and standards of debriefing. Principles of debriefing will be applied to simulation experiences using theory-based debriefing methods. Facilitators will provide coaching to enhance debriefing skill. Evaluation of debriefing competence and the use of debriefing beyond the simulation center will be discussed.
