Course overview
A highly interactive class introducing the foundations of Myofascial Techniques for Shoulder and Elbow. In this class we will review the bony structures, landmarks and muscles of the shoulder an elbow. You will learn how to balance these structures using myofascial techniques, review the 4 steps of body reading to create an analysis and bodywork plan unique to the needs of the client, and work on safe and effective body mechanics with plenty of hands-on practical trades.
