This workshop is experiential. Supervisors cannot teach what they do not practice themselves. The first part of the workshop will introduce participants to concepts/research regarding the human energy system, sympathetic and parasympathetic shock, polyvagal theory, and an overview of mindfulness 101 and mindfulness practices.
