An Administrator?s Guide to Housekeeping
Tracking # 20-768620
Course overview
First impressions are important. The cleanliness of any health care facility directly impacts its marketability, reputation, and overall functioning. When properly performed, housekeeping in a health care facility is a challenging task, but the end results are well worth the effort. Administrators must ensure that the housekeeping supervisor is not only technically qualified to teach the housekeeping staff, but also has the leadership skills necessary to lead her employees through a difficult but very important service.
