Flow Cytometry in the Differential Diagnosis of CD10-Positive Nodal Lymphomas
Tracking # 20-768688
Course overview
To learn what flow cytometry can contribute to the differential diagnosis of follicular lymphoma (FL) and CD10+ diffuse large B-cell lymphoma/high-grade B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL/HGBL), as well as what findings correlate with the presence of MYC translocations To use the proposed algorithm to distinguish between FL and CD10+ DLBCL/HGBL To be cognizant of the limitations of flow cytometry in establishing a diagnosis when considering these two entities
