Course overview
With the definition of one aspect of the mind as "an embodied and relational, emergent self-organizing process that regulates the flow of energy and information", the proposal naturally arises that optimal self-organization emerges with the linkage of differentiation parts, a process called integration. Identifying several domains of integration and also exploring the notion of what "energy regulation" might really entail, this presentation explores the notion of energy involving a probability distribution, and also introduces a practice, the Wheel of Awareness, that integrates consciousness.
