Have you ever thought about your Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)? Perhaps you are contemplating enrolling in nursing school or you are already a practicing nurse. This course will help you discover how you can begin your educational journey to achieve your BSN. It will discuss the difference between an RN with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and a BSN. We will discuss the difference in nursing programs and the competency of both types of nurses. Job opportunities can differ from an ADN to a BSN nurse, and we will discuss which jobs are right for each RN. Much research has shown the many benefits in patient outcomes when baccalaureate-prepared nurses are caring for patients. This course will help you to start your path to a BSN, understand your barriers, and overcome barriers.
