As a nurse, your role is to help people maintain their health, well-being, and independence. Based on the nature of your work, you may sometimes feel physically, emotionally, and mentally tired. It is crucial that you feel supported and confident in your ability to make appropriate decisions on a day-to-day basis. It is likely that you will continually encounter situations at work that leave you wondering what to do, and, as a nurse, you have a responsibility to make reasonable and ethical decisions. In this course, you will learn about ethics and ethical concepts as well as the decision-making techniques needed to make the right decision in a tough situation.
