This course examines the effect of multidimensional family therapy (MDFT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) on delinquency in adolescents with substance use disorder (SUD) in the Netherlands. The authors conducted an randomized control trial (RCT). The measurements were: age, gender, type of crime, conduct disorder (CD) and opposititonal defiant Disorder (ODD), age, history of crimes, family functioning, severe cannabis use, and severe psychological involvement with substance use. The outcome contradicted previous studies.
