Course overview
This continuing education activity is designed for nurses, respiratory therapists, paramedics, and other acute and critical care healthcare professionals. The course reviews arterial blood gas ABG analysis, normal reference values, and identification of respiratory and metabolic acid base disorders. Emphasis is placed on a systematic interpretation approach to support rapid clinical assessment, interdisciplinary communication, and evidence-based patient care in high acuity settings.
