CHIROPRACTIC ETHICS

Course overview

The purpose of this course is to aid the Chiropractic Profession by providing Chiropractors with the information regarding the ethical issues and challenges facing the Chiropractic profession. This 2-Hour course will focus on the ethical issues regarding the practice of Chiropractic. We will review the difference between personal and professional ethics. We will examine the American Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Association Codes of Ethics. We will also examine the doctrine of informed consent and its application in the profession. The course will conclude with a discussion on the difference between an independent contractor and an employee.
