Course overview

The purpose of this course is to aid the Chiropractic Profession by providing Chiropractors with information regarding the proper documentation to establish medical necessity for chiropractic services. This will help each chiropractor become compliant with the accepted standards of documentation. This 2-hour course will focus on proper documentation to establish medical necessity for chiropractic services. This will include instruction on taking a proper history, performing a comprehensive examination, the process of differential diagnosis, daily SOAP notes, and activity of daily living questionnaires
