Course overview
This course is designed to increase occupational therapy practitioners' basic knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. The first part of the course presents an overview of the medical management of these disorders. The second part of the course focuses on occupational therapy screening, evaluation, and intervention of older adults with neurocognitive disorders, including Alzheimer's disease.
