In-sessions with commentary of the Compassionate Inquiry approach to psychotherapy. They will demonstrate a clear focus on the impact of unresolved childhood trauma as the roots of many current problems in these participants lives and the way that creating a rich environment of self-compassion is a foundational step in recovery from anxiety, co-dependence, addiction, and ADHD.
