Computer Screen Overexposure: Understanding and Treating Eye Strain, Headaches and Neck and Jaw Pain

Course overview

The extended use of computers, ipads, and mobile devices lead to a myriad of vision, musculoskeletal, and stress related disorders. From a biomedical and Eastern perspective, this course will discuss the etiology and treatment of the top 10 computer related health problems including but not limited to vision problems, headache, neck pain, and more. Ergonomic recommendations to prevent and correct these problems will be offered.
