Based on the book "Bully Proof: Teaching Clients to Empower Themselves Without Overpowering Others" by Kate Cohen-Posey, MS. This CE program awards 6 credits upon successful completion of the 40-question test. It will present the participant with four categories of responses that change common patterns of attacks by those who want to dominate; assertive language patterns with disarming responses; neuroscience that validates the effectiveness of the methods presented, and also reduces a client's resistance to making changes in their verbal patterns; character types and situations that breed the need to dominate and control; which disarming responses work best with which situation; and protocols and technologies used to teach clients new empowering strategies.
