This course helps participants to better understand the importance of organizing their time and prioritizing their work. Participants will learn about the different types of skills which can help to effectively manage time. This course includes tools that facilitate organization, self-monitoring practices, identifies different types of goals, methods of planning, prioritizing techniques, decision-making models, and habit-forming practices. Participants will be able to put into context how proper utilization of these skills can increase productivity, reduce stress, and create an action plan on how to handle workloads. Upon completion of this course, participants are able to: 1) Understand the important role that organization and self-monitoring plays in managing time. 2) Analyze your goal-setting, planning and prioritizing strategies to improve your time-management effectiveness. 3) Develop strategies to improve time and priority setting skills.
