This course helps participants to use the behavioralbased interview process and the onboarding process for new hires. The course explains how to integrate emotional intelligence into behavioral-based interview questions to predict job performance and culture fit within a position and organization. This course also explains best practices in onboarding new hires to create a collaborative and engaging effort between the new employee and the manager.
