This course helps participants to use the behavioralbased interview process and the onboarding process for new hires. The course explains how to integrate emotional intelligence into behavioral-based interview questions to predict job performance and culture fit within a position and organization. This course also explains best practices in onboarding new hires to create a collaborative and engaging effort between the new employee and the manager. The course communicates the value in hiring and onboarding processes and gives specific details on how to be successful in hiring and onboarding practices to contribute to the success of organizations. Upon completion of this course, participants are able to: 1) Understand the behavioral-based interview process. 2) Develop a collaborative approach to the interview team's decision-making process. 3) Differentiate between onboarding and orientation. 4) Understand the importance of onboarding and its different stages.
