About Your Instructor

Cynthia R. Grosso is a national etiquette expert, industry thought leader, award winning speaker, columnist and author who focuses on professionalism, leadership, and the skill of polish. She is the founder of the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette in Charleston, South Carolina.

Ms. Grosso has appeared as an etiquette expert on the Dr. Phil Show, Oprah, CNN, reality shows on TLC and many other news and talk shows. How is this program taught?

The course is taught through the CE Broker learning platform. There is no special technology requirements needed. It is comprised of videos, a summative test, and a handbook.


Can I take this program any time?

This is an asynchronous program which means you can take it on your time, whenever you have time.


Are there any prerequisites?

This is an elective CE course and there are no prerequisites.


How long will I have the program?

You will have access to the content for as long as the course is active (ie- until the end of the renewal period).


Do I have to complete the test for credit?

Yes, it is a self-mastery program which requires completion of all videos and each section before you can proceed to the next section, as well as the summative test as required for credit, hosted on ClassMarker. It is approved by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission for 4 elective continuing education hours.


How do I get my certificate?

Upon completion of the course through CE Broker, you will automatically be given a downloadable certificate of completion.
