Integrative Bodywork Concepts

Course overview

This six-hour class is designed to convey a practical understanding of the strategies, principles, and mechanisms which underlie an effective, integrative approach to bodywork. We will weave concepts of presence, grounding, and self-awareness into the evaluation and treatment of fascia, movement, and the autonomic nervous system. Techniques will be practiced on the student's own body or on a volunteer. Principles covered in this seminar will deepen understanding of hands-on healing and improve clinical results. There are NO PREREQUISITES for this seminar.
