This webinar mainly tackles one of the most important components of supervision - evaluation of supervisee competence. Here, supervisors will learn their top responsibilities, and why their participation matter so much in the evaluation process. Supervisor roles are clearly explained here. Participants will also learn the essence of foundational and performance domains, and what they play in the process.
