Course overview

This webinar mainly tackles one of the most important components of supervision - evaluation of supervisee competence. Here, supervisors will learn their top responsibilities, and why their participation matter so much in the evaluation process. Supervisor roles are clearly explained here. Participants will also learn the essence of foundational and performance domains, and what they play in the process. The facilitator will also introduce the differences between feedback and evaluation, and the effective ways of giving a helpful evaluation to supervisees. Proper methodologies in supervision, how to make evaluation more effective, and how to give insightful feedback will also be discussed in this webinar.
