Todays employees do not respond well to traditional bosses instead, they expect to be treated as full members of a team. Therefore, many managers today find themselves in the somewhat uncomfortable position of being a "coach." Unfortunately, they are typically lacking in the knowledge and skills to master their new role. The ideas in this course are designed to help you become a coach in the very best sense of the word. The goal of this course is to provide managers and leaders in post acute care with coaching skills for better performance.
