Course overview
This course will explore diet concepts and how they affect oral health and dentition. We will explore the effect of different foods and diets on oral health and dentition, including cariogenicity, acidity, eating disorders, and oral habits. We will explore how these different factors impact dentition, specifically and more broadly, oral and systemic health. We will also review the impact of poor oral health on diet and systemic health.
