Supervision is one of the most influential, widely used interventions for building more effective counselors and enhancing our profession. Supervision is multifaceted, and this training specifically focuses on the supervision goal of skill-building in supervisees through empowerment. Participants will learn to identify different models of empowerment in supervision as well as practice some supervision skills and activities for supervisee empowerment.
