Learn the centuries old reflex zones of the feet and hands, and how to bring health and vitality to your clients through reflexoogy. Reflexology works by dissipating energy blockages that create imbalance, and promotes self healing by stimulating the lympatic system, release of toxins, and reduction of stress. You will be required to read the course text, watch the video, document six practice sessions, and complete a written test.
