This course will provide an overview of trauma and its impacts on clients. It will review how to provide a trauma-informed environment through the assumption that all clients have experienced trauma. The training will focus on how to create physical spaces that are welcoming and non-triggering for clients. We will review how to provide care in a way that treats all individuals with care.
