Course overview

This course is designed to help speech-language pathologists collaborate with classroom teachers with greater ease and effectiveness. It also provides SLPs a bridge between learning standards and language intervention goals. Key foundational language skills are explained and creative ideas are offered for working on various targets in the context of the classroom. In addition, guidance is provided on language facilitation strategies and naturalistic interventions that benefit caregivers and teachers of preschool and early elementary students.
