Tracking # 20-801434
Course overview
Counselors involved in the treatment of substance use disorders (SUDs) must always be mindful of the ethical standards of the profession. Standards change from time to time; therefore, it is important that clinicians are routinely refreshed on the commitments they are responsible to uphold as a SUD professional. This course blends didactic material with interactive exercises to help you stay current with recent changes in SUD ethics by reviewing relevant ethical standards, discussing common issues and counselor missteps, and giving you opportunities to test your knowledge.
