Some research and treating professionals have become disillusioned by high relapse rates and general levels of success in treating chemical dependency and have branched out in other directions. This course explores addiction in terms of physiological, cognitive/affective, and spiritual realms, and offers alternatives for holistic treatment. Some areas explored are nutritional, homeopathic, energy, and others, used adjunctively and primarily.
