Tactical Medical Operator (TMO) is an exciting and intense 48-hour Continuing Education (CE) program of instruction delivered in a multitude of tactical environments to include; however, not limited to urban, rural, waterborne, austere and remote. Conducted at your training location via one of Tactical Element's fully-equipped Mobile Training Teams (MTTs), the TMO course is tailored to tactical operator/medics comprised of classroom lecture and practicum, implemented through both low-fidelity and high-fidelity Realistic Medical Simulation Technology (RMST), real time (scenario based) simulation training exercises (STX).

Tactical Medical Operator (TMO) is an Approved Review Course by the International Board of Specialty Certifications (IBSC) for the Tactical Paramedic - Certification (TP-C) examination.
