Course overview
This course looks at the connections between aging, metabolic syndrome (i.e., overweight, high blood sugar, triglycerides, blood pressure, etc.), dementia, drug abuse, and spirituality. As we age, many health problems emerge, and we will look at how to improve and/or reverse such conditions, as well as how to prevent them from occurring.
