Learning Major Trigger Points

Course overview

Trigger points are discrete, focal, hyperirritable spots located in a taut band of skeletal muscle. They produce pain locally and in a referred pattern and often accompany chronic musculoskeletal disorders. In this 2 hour seminar, you will learn the major trigger points and what and how they affect movement and function.
